Vapor Ministries builds and operates outreach centers in under-resourced areas, including several communities in Africa. These centers offer clean water, food programs, healthcare, education, and youth development. Their recent work includes the opening of the Sokomé Center in Togo, which created construction jobs and now provides programs that serve children and families nearby. More than a thousand youth enrolled the day after it opened, and Vapor continues to expand its reach with additional centers and long-term development plans.

Through Vapor’s V12 initiative, Coby serves on the board, supporting strategy and governance as new centers are developed. They partner with local churches and ministry leaders in under-resourced communities to share the Gospel and meet practical needs through ministries such as sports outreach, church planting, anti-human trafficking initiatives, medical outreach, clean water programs, and child sponsorship.
